My response to all the end time messages...

I have heard so many times over the last few months from “end time preachers” that the end is near.  Truly, this is a season of the final hour.  I will agree to that.  The difference is why I agree.  Most will say because of the global changes and events that are rocking our comfort zones.  Fear is an easy place to start any message. 

What the Word of God tells us, is we will not know when the next stage of the Lord’s story will begin.  Christ continues to explain that we are not to even look for it.  The Word also shows us that when God is moving in significant ways, the earth is always affected.  Just look at the situation surrounding Mt. Sinai and the children of Israel in the time of Moses.  As God’s presence descended upon the mountain, the earth SHOOK.  That is just one example.  There are many other examples when God’s presence is moving among His people in a fresh way and the earth, literally, had to give way. 

This IS a great and mighty season in the Lord.  His presence is moving amongst us in a way never seen before.  This is a new season for us as individuals in God, and corporately as a body.  For me, I look to the message that directly impacts me. 

God is one of whom produces fruit.  In like manner, we are to produce fruit so those of need can eat of it.  We are to produce that fruit, both individually and corporately.  In this time, we have the opportunity to learn and walk with the Lord as the mature sons.  That is what the Father desires.  Then together we become the bride that Christ has been waiting for.  This does not happen as we just arrive at a state of awareness, but when our actions (tried and shaped) show our true God developed character to the world. 

Personally, I am looking for the results of the changes in our lives to come forth so we truly are examples of what God is wanting in our lives and demonstrated to the world.  Let’s look for what God has for us, to be in His presence, so we may be that demonstration.  God will take care of the rest.  All of this, takes action…
